I can bring Mindfulness to you! I am available to teach Mindfulness courses in a variety of work environments. I teach an engaging and educational class that can be tailored to your needs. (Previous Class) Managing Stress with Mindfulness
Beginning June 8th, 2015. Spend four weeks learning how to manage stress, with a weekly two hour class and daily check-ins and online community. Classes meet Mondays 6/8, 6/15, 6/22 and 6/29 from 6-8 p.m. in the Fremont Space Building - 600 N. 36th St., Suite 212, Seattle WA 98103. Space is limited to 8 participants, so register now!
