As a therapist, it is unethical for me to ask for or encourage clients to review me. Which can make it difficult for anyone thinking about contacting me for my therapy services. How do you know if I'm nice, or if I know how to help?
For reviews of my teaching and the Mindful Self-Compassion course, please click here. Thankfully, I've got some kind words from coworkers I had at a mental health agency. These were not solicited by me, but were written as part of a nomination for an employee recognition award. I hope they will give you a sense of how people experience me.
